ÏÑÄPress for lengthwise jointing of blanks
Semi-automatic press mark ÏÑÄ is designed for lengthwise backlash-free connection of softwood and hardwood lumber pieces with rack-and-wedge tenons.
Press is manufactured in two versions for gluing bar 3 m long and 6,3 m long. Press for lengthwise jointing of blanks ergonomic design requires minimum of effort to operate the machine. Press is equipped with butt-end cutting unit. Pneumatic cylinder specially designed by RPA "GC "MAGR" specialists, provides main compression. The cylinder provides a compressive load up to 3,5 tons. Use of this original design made it possible to avoid the use of expensive and energy-intensive hydraulics, which is usually installed on the same hardware.
